Vintage Purnell & Sons 'Illumina' Globe Lamp

Have the world at your fingertips with this large plastic 'Illumina' globe by Purnell & Sons Ltd of London mounted on a painted enamel base. Dated 1966. Scale = 1:30000000. Height: 60 cms. Very good condition with no noticeable defects, though some minor wear to base commensurate with age. Has been electrics tested and takes size E14 bulb.
